My Mandarin Lunch

My Mandarin lunch happened on a Monday. On Sunday my mom called my grandma's friend for a surprise birthday party to the Mandarin. We told my grandma that we were going on Sunday evening but we did not tell her that her friend was coming. So on Monday we went in the car to the Mandarin. When we got there her friend was there! My grandma was so shocked! When we got to our table we got up and started eating (the Mandarin is an all-you-can-eat buffet)! So we filled out plates first. I got sushi, potatoes, meatballs and shrimp. After that I got a second plate of sushi, potatoes meatballs and shrimp. Then I got a third plate of just sushi and potatoes. Then I got dessert first. I got lime sherbet ice cream honey crisps whipped cream and jello. Then we took our grandmas picture and headed home. IT WAS THE AWESOMENESS OF THE WORLD OH YEAAAH.

My Trip To the Zoo.

My trip to the zoo was awesome. My three sisters were away all weekend so I got the house to my self, yes! The first thing we saw was the bald eagles (so cool)  then we figured out our schedule. Then we went to the left and saw an african rhino, it was HUGE, like the size of a small car. Then we saw some monkeys, mom said she would like one of the monkeys. Then it yawned and she saw the huge sharp teeth and she changed her mind. then we went to a desert domain. We kind of skipped past that though.

Then we saw the African domain. It was so stunning! First we saw a hippo, it was so fat. Then we saw a baby giraffe with its long neck. Then we saw one of my favourite things, the cheetahs, they were so out of this world. Did you know a cheetah sounds like a bird when it yells "SQUAWK SQUAWK"?. We saw the cheetahs feeding on meat balls, it was magnificent. We spent 25 minutes watching them, they were really stunning. Then we moved on and saw the KING OF THE BEASTS the lion! They were really lazy there were two boys. One had half of a main and one had no main at all! We watched those being fed too. They ate big bones with meat on them. then we walked past the hyenas they were ok I guess. Then we got to the Canadian domain.

The Canadian domain was so amazing first we saw racoons they were so fat it was a miracle they could walk! Then we saw a lynx, a type of cat with its black points ears. Then we walked past another bald eagle it was pretty cool. Then we saw a bobcat with its huge paws then we got to my favourite part THE GRIZZLY BEARS! The bears were huge. They were so big they could have killed the rhino no problem. There were two of them a cub and an adult and they were play fighting. It was awesome. Then I had my lunch as I watched them, which was a chicken mayo sandwich yum! The bear cub came over and looked at the sandwich kind of funny. Then we saw some arctic wolfs with their white coats. Then we saw some bison, they were big. Then we walked back to the car and saw some penguins on the way. I love how they stream through the water like torpedos. Then we walked back to the car and drove home.

The Cheetahs 

By Design Co op

By Design Co op is a Christian co op that I go to. Every Tuesday I get up at 7:00 AM to get ready then I go to the car and it's 45 minutes to get there. By Design is in Barrie. When we get there we just hang out until it starts. It starts at 9:00 AM first we sing Oh Canada then we pray and go to our classes. First thing we do is play a game for about 30 minutes. Then we go to our first class. At the start of the year we pick our classes, some people don't pick classes so they just hang out at Free Flow. My first class is Survival where we make fires and shelters and stuff like that. My second class is Free Flow so I just make crafts play games and draw. My third class is Fitness so last week we played hockey which was fun. After third class we eat lunch and hang around until we have to go.

10 Things To Do When You Are Bored.

What to do when your bored.

#1 Bug your sisters ( make sure you're good runner).

#2 Go into town ( buy a ton of video games and candy)!

#3 Play with your pet ( if you don't have a pet play with your pillow instead).

#4 Make a catapult (fire it at your sisters but try not to hurt them)

#5 Ride your chicken of a cliff (don't actually do this)

#6 Drink seven cups of coffee.

#7 Play all your old video games (restart them and play them again).

#8 Go to a weird movie (look online and find a movie that looks weird and watch it).

#9 Build a fort make your supreme comfort zone make it in front of the TV get some snacks and bingo there you go.

#10 Buy some weird drinks ( buy some pops and drinks, non alcoholic of course, that you have never had and try them out ( make sure to buy ones that look weird)

My March Break

      My March Break was ok. I went to the R.O.M (Royal Ontario Museum) on Monday, I had swimming lessons for 30 min each day, I went to Wimpy's Diner on Wednesday and visited my cousins on Friday.


So the museum was cool. I had fast food for lunch which was a burger with fries, yum! Then I saw the dinosaurs, then the ancient stuff (Rome, Greece and Mayan). Then we went to the gift shop and I got a Newton's Cradle which I tangled it in like 3 min ugh!

 Anyways the swimming was so tiring. I had to get up at 8:00 AM to get to the pool. Lucky for me we did our swimming in the hot tub, yes! I did that Monday to Friday.

On Wednesday I had a very LARGE burger and fries and a Diet Coke. That was good. On Thursday I had to do my paper route,  yawn. On Friday I went to my cousins' house and their dog Jersey is so cute! On the weekend I played my favourite game Zelda Twilight Princess So fun and my friend Sean came over and we built a big fort together. Well, that's my March Break.

My Awesome Saturday Night.

     My awesome Saturday night started at around 6.00 PM when my sister's friends showed up. They are a lot older than me I'm 11years old and they are like 19 and 18 but they are still pretty cool. At around 7.00 PM my sister, her friends and I went to a candy store and bought some candy. Then we drove home and had a dinner of barbecued steak and salad. It was really good. After that they went down to watch  all three of the High School Musical  movies (boring!) . I watched Big Hero 6 and The Penguins Of Madagascar it was cool.  I had chocolate fondu, popcorn, sour gummy worms and a coke. At around midnight two of three of my sister's friends had to leave so my sister and one of her friends watched the third movie . I had nothing better to do so I watched it with them. It was (boring) as I said earlier but I was with my sister so it was okay. At around 2.30 AM  I went to bed.

My War Machine

   

      Today I built a war machine. It was a catapult which was small and it shot marshmallows like 9 feet in the air. It was really cool. It was about 1.6 feet wide and 1.1 tall. We had to tell my grandmother to get out of the hallway so she wouldn't get pelted with mini marshmallows! We got the kit at the a store called MasterMind. I wanted to hit my sisters with it but my mom wouldn't let me (what a drag!) We bought it like a year ago but we didn't finish it until today. It took about 1 hour to build it because we lost the directions.
